Thank you Charmsuites, we had a great stay, your front desk staff was helpful, letting us know how we could book the city tours. Perfect location for us, as we were there to attend a concert at BARTS - thank you for your hospitality.

The check in/out was done easily by 2 guys which were were very friendly. We arrived at 12 and since the check in is done at 14 they were open to leave the luggage in a room till the apartment is ready. The apartment was toward the street which is very crowded but inside the apartment you could not hear the noise. The building is very close to a subway station which connects you to the city.

Great!Very comfortable for two adults and two children, right next to the underground stop parallel. Personnel very nice and helpful. Recommended!

Bom dia! Desculpe-me pelo atraso, porem como ja avalie o local é muito bom. o chekin fo ibom com atendimento muito bom. Porem muita exigencia quanto a hotrario de chegada, graças a Deus chegamos a tempo de nao pagar multa. No apartamento tem tudo para hospedagem, mas falta um espelho e o wifi pessima, outra coisa só fica na portaria uma parte da manhã e quando vai receber hospede.

2 of enjoyed our two night stay at the apartment. Housekeeping rectified the issues we had very quickly so can’t complain. The apartment is a good size with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony with a good air con system. The shower wasn’t fit for purpose so should be replaced. The location is on the main road with plenty of shops within meters. We walked to the beach in around 35 minutes but can get a taxi for less than €10 and 10 minutes. There was only one English speaking channel on the tv but there was a DVD player so should bring dvds to watch. The building was very clean and fresh. I would recommend.

Very slow internet connection

Très bel appartement au cinquième avec ascenseur. Fonctionnel, bien équipé, spacieux et propre. Balcon très appréciable pour prendre l'apéro. Commerces et métro de proximité. Théâtres à portée de main, au pieds de Montjuic et à 7 minutes de la station Dressanes (Rambla). On échappe pas toutefois au ronron omniprésent de la circulation Barcelonaise. Bonne adresse. Merci de raboter la porte de la salle de bain, ce qui épargnerait les scarifications avec la poignée de porte. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons

Little hot water for the baths. Lack of cloths to wipe hands and crockery in the kitchen. Lack of soap in the bathroom, towels for the hands.

Erik is an absolute gentleman very welcomeing ,helping ,nice couldint recommend this accomidation enough , full kitchen to cook in as i dont like bcn food this is great for me

Very neat and clean place. Laura, the property owner is very accommodating and helpful. Also, it is just a walkway to many iconic places, food and cafes all in walking distance as well. There's a metro nearby too which is a plus. We really enjoyed our stay here and come back here.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. L’accueil très tardif est un peu cher (30€) nous n’avions pas le choix des avions et des retards ... l’appartement est très confortable. Le seul bémol est la propreté des couettes ... il serait judicieux de les laver 😱 sinon la situation géographique (proximité du métro, de la mer ..) est très agréable.

It was beautiful to stay in your accommodation. The staff is very kind and thay can halp about everyithing. The metro station is one minut woke and whan u take a taxi for centar is not expensive. I am shure that i coming next year too. Thank you for everything.

It was very clean and shower was great! The bad part was that WiFi connection was bad and internet was slow.

Affordable, safe and comfortable apartment spacious for two. Booked in and out easily and appreciated travel from airport to apartment being organised for us. Well equipt kitchenette with fridge/freezer and washing machine. Could have done with some cutting knives. Loved our additional balcony although looked abit tired would benefit from a full clean. Air conditioning in living space was excellent but wasnt so good in the bedroom. Bathroom looked smart but needs some maintainance to the tiles and shower head didnt stay in place so we werent able to shower. Receptionists always friendly. Lobby and lifts clean. Excellent base to visit the rest of Barcelona from. With a metro stop almost outside the entrance and an easy walk to the harbour and long beach.

We enjoyed the amount of space in the apartment for the 3 of us staying there. It can get quite noisy with the street noise outside but it was very close to La Rambla and the beach so it was good. Only big disappointment was the room next to us we’re partying all night the night before we were leaving and there was no one we could contact at the time to complain.

This place is near the metro station. It was easy to find and the unit we stayed is well secured. It was on the 6th floor with elevators so it was quiet enough during the night. The cool air condition is perfect. This is minor but it would have been nice if the place provided some of the basic bath toiletries like body soap & hair shampoo.

Buona posizione ma carente in alcuni cose basilari: il divano letto matrimoniale non aveva il materasso, abbiamo dovuto dormire su un divano, un solo asciugamano a testa (quello per la doccia), in bagno neanche il sapone per le mani.

Amazing location with great room, very clean and tidy,the staff couldn’t have been more helpful too and were always there to help us with knowing what metro to catch to reach specific locations. We are very happy with our holiday and will be coming back again someday :)

I have enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean. We had no problem but the weather was a bit coldy. :) And the check-in and check-out was not so strict if they are available. It was a plus for me. I recommend here strongly. ( Very central location)

This place is definitely a wonderful value. It is close to public transportation, restaurants, supermarkets and I could go on. Our Apt. was PERFECT! Eric and Mark were AWESOME!!! I would recommend this hotel/Apt. without hesitation. We had an incredible time!!!

Amazing location, The space is large and comfortable, nice and friendly crew, Erik at the front desk very helpful and friendly. The only down issue is the internet because you can't rely on it, It goes on and off all the time and also very slow. However I would stay there again for sure.

A very large apartment which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and gave good information about shops and location. The only downside was there were no hand towels, tea towels, a bath mat or an anti slip bath mat. Also there were no draws space to put bit & pieces in, but there was a lot of hanging space. We manage very well, as we just live out of our suitcases. Great for 3 nights but would have became a problem if we were staying any longer

Great clean apartment in central location. Close to shops and train station. We were lucky to get an early check in. Nice size apartment with kitchen, dining room and lounge room and it had a lovely balcony.

Удобное расположение и достаточно просторные апартаменты. Приветливый персонал. Из минусов - не закрывалась дверь в санузел, не работала микроволновка. В целом остались хорошие впечатления.

Good place for family

Great central base for exploring the city with La Rambla and Port Vell within 10 min walk. We stayed for 10 nights with our 12 & 13 year old and had plenty of space for us all. Would recommend.

We would like to use again in the future,we would also recommend it to friends.

Have seen other reviews that were not very complimentary. All I can say is that the apartment we stayed in was excellent. If we go back to Barcelona we would like to stay at Charmsuites again.

Always enjoy our stay here and this is at least the 6th time we have stayed here. Staff are very friendly and always polite and welcoming to us each day. The traffic can be noisy and late night drinkers too but it doesn't bother us that much. Cheap bars around the corner which serve great tapas too which is another reason for us staying here 😀. Metro very close with links to where ever you need to get to within Barcelona, airport is less than an hour away via the Metro and Renfe Trains. Ten minute walk to La Rambla and about 20 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy your stay.

Nice apartment, polite staf and super value for money.

We stayed with our 15 month old and Loved the stay! Friendly and helpful staff . Spacious rooms. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Functional appliances- washing machine, kettle, stove top, microwave. Didnt have any issues with anything. Would recommend to families with kids.
