The apartment is located at Avenida Paralel 65.It is an sunny apartment with a big terrace accessible from the dining/living-room and the kitchen. It has an area of 75 m2, a living/ dining-room with a flat screen TV,DVD, with fully equipped independent kitchen with all the kitchen appliances and utensils. It has 2 double rooms and 2 equipped bathroom with bath and shower. The apartment is new and has air-conditionig and heating.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: must pay directly establishing the amount corresponding to the mandatory tourist tax: 3.30 € per adult per night up to a maximum of 7 daysCHARMSUITES FRONT DESK TIME: Monday to Sunday: 2pm to 9pm CHECK-IN: 2pm CHECK-OUT: 11am Check-in from 09.01 pm to 01.59 am will have a supplement of € 50. Worked out perfect for us! The front desk person was outstanding. It was the same person for check in and checkout. Helped with our luggage at check in. And got us a taxi at checkout.

The apartments are spacious and in a good position. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 4 of us and a large outside terrace which was great. There are shops, restaurants and a metro station very close by and it was about a 20 minute walk to las Ramblas. We had a problem with a window lock and we were impressed that the receptionist fixed it himself as the maintenance man was not available. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Only complaint is that the AC did not work efficiently and I couldn’t figure out if the washing machine had a dryer setting. WiFi not so good either. So nice to have the extra space though and not be crammed into a hotel room.

Hemos estado a gusto, y nuestro apartamento silencioso, no así los que dan a la avenida, bastante ruido hasta madrugada. El apartamento confortable. Lse notaba que para nuestra entrada, y probablemente alguna antes, no se habia limpiado la terraza, el interior si estaba limpio. Si volveria a alojarme en él

Our fifth time and again is was great. We prefer a garden so we wanted appartment 2. We missed some small things like a siscors and a bigger trash can.
